It's hard to believe, but it's true!
Their lender incorrectly structured their two year development loan, and instead of the interest only repayments, Roy and Margaret were charged Principle and Interest repayments of.....Wait for it......$45,000 per month!!!!
The lender refused to restructure their loan, AND THE STRESS PUT MARGARET IN HOSPITAL!
