Pierre and Suzanne were new clients to me before the GFC. I restructured their finance on three properties and got them pre-approved for a new investment purchase.
Pierre previously dealt directly with his bank, and was unaware of the money they were leaving on the table, paying higher interest rates than they should, no offset facilities utilised and all properties cross collateralised, rather than standing alone.
